Nawal El Jack

Nawal El Jack is a Sudan sprinter, born on October 17, 1988 in Khartoum. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Her personal bests include 11.6h in the 100m, 23.75 in the 200m, 51.19 in the 400m, 2:13.48 in the 800m and 57.86 in the 400mH. She has earned 5 gold and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Sudan.
