Miwako Yamanaka

Miwako Yamanaka is a Japan long-distance runner, born on May 24, 1978. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 9:08.16 in the 3000m, 15:20.58 in the 5000m, 31:32.10 in the 10000m, 1:08:54 in the Semi and 2:38:20 in the Marathon. She has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
