Deborah Pam

Deborah Pam is a Nigeria long-distance runner, born on September 21, 1990. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 10:12.43 in the 3000m, 15:54.44 in the 5000m, 35:25.4h in the 10000m, 1:21:16 in the Semi and 2:45:12 in the Marathon. He has earned 11 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Nigeria.
