Sofia Avoila is a Portugal race walker, born on July 30, 1976. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 5Kilometre and 3000Metres.

His personal bests include 1:36:30 in the 20kmW, 23:33 in the 5Kilometre, 13:49.91 in the 3000Metres, 45:48 in the 10Kilometr and 22:13.23 in the 5000Metres.
