Alexander Motone

Alexander Motone is a RSA long-distance runner, born on June 26, 1978. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:01.95 in the 3000m, 13:47.97 in the 5000m, 28:52.67 in the 10000m, 1:04:16 in the Semi and 8:29.39 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RSA.
