Lungile Gongqa

Lungile Gongqa is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on February 22, 1979. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 14:12.47 in the 5000m, 30:10.31 in the 10000m, 1:03:57 in the Semi, 2:11:59 in the Marathon and 45:20 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
