William Amponsah

William Amponsah is a GHA middle-distance runner, born on December 11, 1999. He competes primarily in the Mile, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:09.02 in the Mile, 7:52.54 in the 3000m, 13:30.99 in the 5000m, 27:47.93 in the 10000m and 1:03:15 in the Semi. He has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing GHA.
