Paula Sprudzāne

Paula Sprudzāne is a Latvia sprinter, born on March 19, 1999. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 100mH.

His personal bests include 12.08 in the 100m, 24.88 in the 200m, 13.93 in the 100mH, 45.29 in the 4x100m and 3:51.74 in the 4x400m. He has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Latvia.
