Matthew Holder

Matthew Holder is a New Zealand middle-distance runner, born on September 10, 1973. He competes primarily in the 800m, Mile and 3000m.

His personal bests include 1:55.95 in the 800m, 4:11.18 in the Mile, 8:16.29 in the 3000m, 14:16.89 in the 5000m and 29:29.39 in the 10000m. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
