Jan Simons

Jan Simons is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on August 2, 1973. He competes primarily in the Semi, 15Kilometr and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:02:33 in the Semi, 44:16 in the 15Kilometr, 29:21 in the 10Kilometr and 1:02:40 in the 20Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
