Inês Henriques

Inês Henriques is a Portugal long-distance runner, born on May 1, 1980. He competes primarily in the Semi, 20kmW and 35kmW.

His personal bests include 1:24:02 in the Semi, 1:29:00 in the 20kmW, 2:45:51 in the 35kmW, 4:05:56 in the 50kmW and 21:43 in the 5Kilometre. He has earned 17 gold and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
