Helalia Johannes

Helalia Johannes is a Namibia long-distance runner, born on August 13, 1980 in Oshana Region, Namibia. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 10:22.10 in the 3000m, 15:14.23 in the 5000m, 34:00.90 in the 10000m, 1:07:49 in the Semi and 2:19:52 in the Marathon. She has earned 3 gold and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Namibia.
