Helen Chepngeno

Helen Chepngeno is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on August 2, 1967. She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:07.35 in the 1500m, 8:45.86 in the 3000m, 15:21.98 in the 5000m, 16:17 in the 5Kilometre and 55:11 in the 15Kilometr. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
