Mthandazo Qhina

Mthandazo Qhina is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on September 25, 1977. He competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 15Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:06:39 in the Semi, 2:17:11 in the Marathon, 45:27 in the 15Kilometr, 29:54 in the 10Kilometr and 40:02 in the 12Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
