Teresa Recio is a Spain long-distance runner, born on July 7, 1963. Standing 1.54 m and weighing 48 kg, She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 9:00.72 in the 3000m, 15:12.06 in the 5000m, 31:43.80 in the 10000m, 1:13:42 in the Semi and 9:17.29 in the 3000Metres. She has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Spain.
