Roman Usov

Roman Usov is a RUS middle-distance runner, born on June 4, 1978. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:44.14 in the 1500m, 8:00.94 in the 3000m, 13:49.23 in the 5000m, 8:23.90 in the 3000mSt and 3:50.73 in the 1500Metres. He has earned 6 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RUS.
