Minami Yamanouchi

Minami Yamanouchi is a Japan long-distance runner, born on December 21, 1992. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 8:57.02 in the 3000m, 15:21.31 in the 5000m, 31:16.48 in the 10000m, 1:10:44 in the Semi and 2:29:29 in the Marathon. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
