Ryszard Kopijasz

Ryszard Kopijasz is a Poland long-distance runner, born on February 8, 1952. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:52.89 in the 3000m, 13:35.70 in the 5000m, 27:56.06 in the 10000m and 2:11:50 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Poland.
