Yelena Sedova

Yelena Sedova is a RUS middle-distance runner, born on March 1, 1990. She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:26.68 in the 1500m, 8:57.15 in the 3000m, 15:26.64 in the 5000m, 32:13.44 in the 10000m and 1:12:35 in the Semi. She has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RUS.
