Tamara Polupan

Tamara Polupan is a Ukraine middle-distance runner, born on January 16, 1990. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000mSt.

His personal bests include 2:13.46 in the 800m, 4:20.94 in the 1500m, 10:20.73 in the 3000mSt, 4:27.24 in the 1500Metres and 10:23.06 in the 3000Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ukraine.
