Ryan Sissons

Ryan Sissons is a New Zealand middle-distance runner, born on June 24, 1988. He competes primarily in the Mile, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:28.94 in the Mile, 8:22.74 in the 3000m and 14:13.12 in the 5000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
