Ruan Meintjies

Ruan Meintjies is a South Africa middle-distance runner, born on March 10, 1996. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:50.28 in the 1500m, 8:24.62 in the 3000m, 14:33.40 in the 5000m, 8:54.38 in the 3000mSt and 5:46.97 in the 2000Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
