Quincy Howe

Quincy Howe is a TTO hurdler, born on January 11, 1979. He competes primarily in the 110mH, LJ and TJ.

His personal bests include 15.07 in the 110mH, 7.45 in the LJ, 16.69 in the TJ, 8.33 in the 60mH and 7.69 in the 55MetresHu. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing TTO.
