Osamu Nara

Osamu Nara is a Japan long-distance runner, born on January 9, 1971. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:52.72 in the 5000m, 28:24.25 in the 10000m, 1:02:06 in the Semi, 2:17:20 in the Marathon and 8:35.01 in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
