Mema Tiango

Mema Tiango is a Botswana middle-distance runner, born on October 29, 1991. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:52.90 in the 1500m, 10:35.35 in the 3000m, 16:28.59 in the 5000m and 1:21:37 in the Semi. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Botswana.
