Mai Ito

Mai Ito is a Japan long-distance runner, born on May 23, 1984 in Nara, Japan. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 9:17.41 in the 3000m, 15:46.00 in the 5000m, 32:07.41 in the 10000m, 1:09:57 in the Semi and 2:24:42 in the Marathon. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
