Liam Woolford

Liam Woolford is a New Zealand middle-distance runner, born on July 7, 1995. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:09.29 in the 1500m, 9:07.32 in the 3000m, 15:29.32 in the 5000m, 2:30:10 in the Marathon and 9:42.52 in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
