Kayo Sugihara

Kayo Sugihara is a Japan middle-distance runner, born on February 24, 1983 in Shimane Prefecture, Japan. She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:17.41 in the 1500m, 8:56.89 in the 3000m, 15:15.34 in the 5000m, 31:34.35 in the 10000m and 1:11:35 in the Semi.
