Elsa Amaral

Elsa Amaral is a Portugal middle-distance runner, born on May 31, 1966. He competes primarily in the 800m, 4x400m and 800MetresS.

His personal bests include 2:01.21 in the 800m, 3:29.38 in the 4x400m, 2:02.51 in the 800MetresS, 2:47.11 in the 1000m and 2:47.11 in the 1000Metres. He has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
