Christos Tamanis

Christos Tamanis is a Cyprus sprinter, born on December 22, 2000. He competes primarily in the 100m, 400m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 11.39 in the 100m, 56.28 in the 400m, 5:50.70 in the 1500m, 17.35 in the 110mH and 1.71 in the HJ. He has earned 3 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Cyprus.
