Eliana Bandeira

Eliana Arruada Bandeira is a shot putter born on July 1, 1996, in Brazil. She now represents Portugal internationally and has achieved success at multiple levels of competition including the Olympic Games.

Bandeira won silver at the 2021 World University Games (held in 2023) and became University World Champion in China in 2023. She won bronze at the 2024 European Cup and claimed the Ibero-American Championship title in 2024. She reached the semifinals at the 2024 Paris Olympics, competing at the highest level of the sport.
