Zinayida Semyonova

Zinayida Semyonova is a RUS long-distance runner, born on March 19, 1962. She competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 15Kilometr.

Her personal bests include 1:11:34 in the Semi, 2:26:51 in the Marathon, 49:54 in the 15Kilometr, 34:53 in the 10Kilometr and 57:44 in the 10MilesRoa. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RUS.
