Simon Mpholo

Simon Mpholo is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on August 17, 1975. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:51.92 in the 5000m, 28:08.92 in the 10000m, 1:01:56 in the Semi, 2:13:13 in the Marathon and 44:13 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
