Nelson Wakana

Nelson Wakana is a Uganda long-distance runner, born on September 2, 1989. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:51.34 in the 5000m, 29:19.3h in the 10000m, 1:05:16 in the Semi and 8:47.0h in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
