Yuliya Maltseva is a Russia thrower, born on November 30, 1990. He competes primarily in the SP, DT and HT.

His personal bests include 15.32 in the SP, 63.48 in the DT and 45.96 in the HT. He has earned 5 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
