Yelena Paramonova

Yelena Paramonova is a RUS long-distance runner, born on June 28, 1962. She competes primarily in the Semi, Marathon and 15Kilometr.

Her personal bests include 1:09:32 in the Semi, 2:30:03 in the Marathon, 53:19 in the 15Kilometr, 32:22 in the 10Kilometr and 56:44 in the 10MilesRoa. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RUS.
