Yekaterina Dorozhkova is a Russia middle-distance runner, born on February 21, 2002. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:46.20 in the 1500m, 9:38.29 in the 3000m, 17:42.01 in the 5000m, 10:09.59 in the 3000mSt and 4:46.20 in the 1500Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
