Winta Mekonen

Winta Mekonen is a Eritrea middle-distance runner, born on January 1, 1997. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Mile and 3000m.

His personal bests include 4:48.88 in the 1500m, 5:10.20 in the Mile, 10:14.95 in the 3000m, 17:55.59 in the 5000m and 4:55.34 in the 1500Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Eritrea.
