Viola Chemos

Viola Chemos is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on September 18, 1991. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 4:24.27 in the 1500m, 16:13.31 in the 5000m, 33:32.87 in the 10000m, 1:17:26 in the Semi and 2:54:15 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
