Vincenzo Massimo Modica is a ITA long-distance runner, born on March 2, 1971. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:52.74 in the 3000m, 13:30.31 in the 5000m, 28:01.65 in the 10000m, 1:01:03 in the Semi and 2:11:39 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing ITA.
