Valerie Adams

Valerie Adams is a New Zealand thrower, born on October 6, 1984 in Rotorua, New Zealand. Standing 1.93 m and weighing 120 kg, She competes primarily in the SP, DT and HT.

Her personal bests include 21.24 in the SP, 58.12 in the DT and 58.32 in the HT. She has earned 83 gold, 7 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing New Zealand.
