Tremaine Grant

Tremaine Grant is a Canada hurdler, born on November 23, 1991. He competes primarily in the 110mH, 400mH and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 13.86 in the 110mH, 51.67 in the 400mH, 3:08.24 in the 4x400m, 7.94 in the 60mH and 3:15.73 in the 4x400Metre. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Canada.
