Tomas Hilifa Rainhold

Tomas Hilifa Rainhold is a Namibia middle-distance runner, born on February 7, 1991. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 4:02.30 in the 1500m, 14:28.56 in the 5000m, 31:01.50 in the 10000m, 1:02:39 in the Semi and 2:10:10 in the Marathon. He has earned 4 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Namibia.
