Tekeste OKUBAY Semhar is a Eritrea middle-distance runner. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000mSt and 2000Metres.

His personal bests include 4:37.40 in the 1500m, 11:43.34 in the 3000mSt, 7:17.20 in the 2000Metres and 38:17 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Eritrea.
