Tamara Moncrieffe

Tamara Moncrieffe is a JAM sprinter, born on May 16, 1996. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m.

Her personal bests include 12.29 in the 100m, 25.35 in the 200m, 46.18= in the 4x100m, 1.70 in the HJ and 6.25 in the LJ. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing JAM.
