Takami Ominami

Takami Ominami is a Japan long-distance runner, born on November 15, 1975. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 9:13.71 in the 3000m, 15:38.58 in the 5000m, 31:28.74 in the 10000m, 1:10:21 in the Semi and 2:23:43 in the Marathon. She has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
