Sylvia Jebiwot Kibet is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on March 28, 1984 in Kapchorwa, Uganda. Standing 1.57 m and weighing 44 kg, She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:05.33 in the 1500m, 8:37.47 in the 3000m, 14:31.91 in the 5000m, 30:47.20 in the 10000m and 1:09:32 in the Semi. She has earned 3 gold, 6 silver and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
