Sithembiso Mqhele

Sithembiso Mqhele is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on February 18, 1991. He competes primarily in the 5000m, Marathon and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 15:19.17 in the 5000m, 2:18:33 in the Marathon, 31:13 in the 10Kilometr and 39:35 in the 12Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
