Silva Oja

Silva Oja is a Russia middle-distance runner, born on January 17, 1961. He competes primarily in the 800m, 100mH and HJ.

His personal bests include 2:26.28 in the 800m, 13.57 in the 100mH, 1.82 in the HJ, 6.30 in the LJ and 13.26 in the SP. He has earned 2 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
