Shermaine Ross

Shermaine Ross is a Grenada sprinter, born on July 20, 1972. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 500Metres.

His personal bests include 55.49 in the 400m, 2:15.84 in the 800m, 1:11.51 in the 500Metres and 1:11.51 in the 500MetresS. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Grenada.
